May 15, 2014
For the third consecutive year, Turino Group is proud to announce that it has been named to the 2014 Best Places to Work in Rhode Island list by Providence Business News. Turino is a leading construction project management and scheduling consultant located in Providence, RI.
Providence Business News’ statewide awards program recognizes and honors the best places of employment in Rhode Island, highlighting their benefit to the State’s workforce, business, and economy. The 2014 Best Places to Work in Rhode Island list is made up of 50 companies.
Turino has continually been acknowledged for its workplace excellence through this program, and was evaluated according to workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. “We are thrilled to receive this outstanding award for a third year in a row! Turino is proud of our strong company culture, and amazing team whose efforts make us who we are. We’re truly thrilled to have our hard work and team consistently recognized,” stated David Giardino, Owner and President of Turino Group.
To determine the winners, employee surveys and management reports were reviewed by Best Companies Group, an independent research company that facilitates the competition’s survey process and analyzes data to determine the winners. Turino was ranked fourth out of 18 companies in the small business category (15 to 49 employees) for the 2014 award. Out of all Turino employees, 96% participated in the survey, making this the third year that the team has taken part in the assessment process.
The winners’ category rankings will be revealed at the 9th Annual Best Places to Work Awards Dinner, which will be held on June 12th at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Providence-Warwick. The dinner will honor the 50 winning companies, and a special publication highlighting the winners will be inserted in the June 17th issue of PBN.
