PBN Names Turino to Best Places to Work in Rhode Island List for Second Year
May 14, 2013
Turino Group, a leading construction project management and scheduling consultant, announces today it has been named to the 2013 Best Places to Work in Rhode Island list by Providence Business News. This is the second consecutive year the company has received the award.
This awards program is designed to recognize and honor the places of employment in Rhode Island that have benefited the state’s workforce and are superior in workplace excellence. “We really try to make Turino a unique place to work with a unique culture and we are ecstatic to not only receive this honor, but to receive it for the second year in a row. We hope to continue to be on the list for years to come!” stated David Giardino, Owner and President of Turino Group.
This award is based on management reports and employee surveys that were reviewed by Best Companies Group, an independent research company that facilitates the competition’s survey process and analyzes the data to determine the winners. 96% of Turino employees participated in the survey. This is the second year Turino has taken part in the assessment process for this award and is one of 20 selected in the small company category (15 to 49 employees).
“Vincent Lombardi once said ‘The achievements of an organization are the results of the combined effort of each individual team,’ I want to thank my entire team for their hard work, as this award reflects their daily efforts,” said Giardino.
The 50 winning companies will be honored at the 8th Annual Best Places to Works Awards Dinner on June 13th at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Providence-Warwick. Rankings within each category will be revealed then, and highlighted in a special publication inserted in the June 17th issue of PBN.
